			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Does spot toning or spot reduction truly work?  Most fitness trainers and fat loss coaches will swear that spot coaching does not work. But the rarely admitted truth is&#8230; &#8220;Yes, it does.&#8221; &#8211; but only if you follow the right sort of exercise program.</p>
<p>Women of all ages and body types always wish to know&#8230; &#8220;Does spot training really work or is it bogus?&#8221;</p>
<p>First lets just clarify the definition, you&#8217;ll hear words such as spot toning, spot reduction, spot targeting, but they&#8217;re all pretty much talking about the same thing&#8230;</p>
<p>Lets take &#8216;spot reduction&#8217;&#8230; &#8211; a lady does a few exercises for her legs, butt, thighs or abs &#8211; whilst she is doing the exercises, she feels a warm, &#8216;muscle burn&#8217; sensation in the categorical area she is working &#8211; this warm burn isn&#8217;t the &#8216;fat, cellulite and flab burning off&#8217; as such &#8211; it is simply the physical reaction of the muscle to the exercises being done&#8230;</p>
<p>It&#8217;s completely standard and to be expected.</p>
<p>Now this burn may not occur all of the time &#8211; this could rely on the &#8216;fitness&#8217; level of the person &#8211; if they&#8217;ve done these express exercises &#8211; in this particular order &#8211; at this express speed, form etc, etc &#8211; in the past.</p>
<p>And &#8211; of course- afterward, as the program itself boosts the lady&#8217;s metabolism &#8211; and keeps it cruising along &#8211; for many hours after she has finished her correctly structured and yes, spot focused &#8211; no, make that laser-beam centered, spot coaching exercise routine.</p>
<p>When girls wish to know&#8230;. </p>
<p>The honest and correct answer is &#8220;Yes, it does work &#8211; but only if you do a program that is put together correctly &#8211; to paraphrase if you follow a program that is concentrated on your lower body problem areas and difficulty spots &#8211; and the program has been engineered to get the specified results &#8211; then YES &#8211; spot targeting works&#8230;&#8221;</p>
<p>And this is where the &#8220;Myth of Spot-Targeting&#8221; gets it&#8217;s bad reputation.</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s the final analysis on the spot reduction subject.</p>
<p>When done correctly &#8211; spot targeting works and it works like gangbusters &#8211; even better than the best cosmetic surgical process for a girl&#8217;s worst problem areas and stubborn difficulty spots.<br /> .</p>
